Sales & Contracts / Proposals Manager

1. Proposal Planning and Strategy - Develop and implement proposal strategies o Provide competitive insights , create effective counter strategies. 2. Coordination and Collaboration o Coordinate with sales, marketing, product management, R&D, operations, & finance o Manage proposal priorities and workloads within the team in coordination with management. 3. Process Management and Improvement o Ensure proposals are completed and submitted on time. o Implement best practices and automation tools to enhance the proposal process. 4. Content and Quality Assurance Maintain and update content or proposal documentation o Ensure proposals are compelling, timely and quality responses to customers o Write proposals and perform Red Team functions for key opportunities. 5. Resource Management and Accountability o Manage proposal resources and activities o Handle escalations and SLAs within the company to ensure on-time delivery. o Responsible for the company demonstration team. 6. Product Operations - Manage product discontinuation processes o Integrate customer insights into product development and proposal strategies o Introduce automation tools to streamline product operations and reduce manual workload o Prepare and present regular reports on product operations KPIs to senior management • Proven experience in proposal management or a similar role • Strong project management and organizational skills • Business orientation and Sales support experience – Minimum 5 years • Can do approach • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew • Proficiency in proposal management
