Your role

You will be overseeing and driving the implementation and maintenance of an effective compliance program at the local level in accordance with corporate compliance program requirements, and local laws and regulations . Being a reliable business partner, you will promote legal, compliance and data privacy department, ensuring the organization remains competitive, while at the same time compliant. Cooperating closely with CEE & SEE legal/compliance/data privacy team, you will work in an international environment of a matrix organization, supporting above-the country projects and assignments. Your tasks will include:

implementation of compliance policies;
raising awareness for potential compliance issues in the local organization;
ongoing review of engagements and interactions;
support on investigation of potential compliance issues;
provision of pragmatic advice on compliance and data privacy;
cooperation on the above-the country level with other LE team members and support Compliance program implementation on the CESEE Cluster level.

Who you are?

Holding a degree in law, management, accounting or similar.
Having 3 to 5 years’ experience working as a compliance officer, preferably in pharma or other regulated industry.
Having knowledge of Israeli anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws, as well as legislation on data privacy protection.
Fluent in English and Hebrew.
Highly motivated and having ability to work with limited supervision.
Team player, showing good stakeholder management and engagement skills.
Happy to work in an international environment.
