KPMG is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to the International Department

Responsibilities:

• Providing domestic and international tax services and consulting to start-ups and companies in the high-tech sector
• Ongoing support and advice in a variety of tax areas
• Accompanying M&A transactions and IPOs
• Advising companies throughout complex processes such as due diligence procedures and IPO readiness 

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/law - a must
• 4-5 years of experience in the field of domestic and/or international taxation from a legal firm/CPA office/ITA - a must
• Fluent English - a must
• Writing and reading skills at a very high level
