Senior Business Consultant - AI & Digital Transformation

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Consultant to join our Technology Consulting team. In this role, you will help leading organizations define and deliver AI, digital transformation, and innovation initiatives, working closely with senior executives to solve complex business challenges, shape transformation roadmaps, and drive adoption of new capabilities, operating models, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on AI, digital transformation, innovation, and organizational change.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding business challenges and translating them into actionable transformation initiatives.
• Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, business assessments, and requirements gathering activities.
• Develop strategic recommendations, transformation roadmaps, operating models, and implementation plans.
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary business point of contact throughout project lifecycles.
• Drive alignment between business objectives, organizational needs, and technology solutions.
• Support business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and opportunity identification.
• Facilitate executive discussions and workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with technology consultants and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Support change management, adoption, communication, and organizational readiness activities where required.

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, business transformation, digital transformation, strategy, project management, organizational consulting, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading client-facing projects and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and structured thinking capabilities.
• Experience developing business cases, strategic recommendations, operating models, or transformation roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex client engagements.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience working on transformation, innovation, digital, AI, or organizational change initiatives.
• Experience supporting proposal development, pre-sales activities, or business development efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Social Sciences, Organizational Consulting, or a related field.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English.
