We are looking for a talented and driven Modern Workplace Adoption & Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role involves working with global clients to lead the successful adoption and integration of Microsoft 365 tools, AI assistants (such as Microsoft Copilot), and other modern workplace technologies. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in implementation, user training, and ongoing enablement, with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people embrace digital change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation projects for Microsoft 365 and AI-based productivity tools with global clients.
• Conduct discovery and needs assessment sessions to define adoption strategies and technical solutions.
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions tailored to various user groups.
• Create clear and user-friendly documentation, playbooks, and learning materials.
• Support clients post-implementation, helping ensure successful and sustained adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt solutions to meet both technical and business needs.
• Utilize low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Power Platform) to build simple agents, bots, or workflows where relevant.
• Stay updated on trends and new features within the Microsoft ecosystem and modern work technologies.

• 2–5 years of experience in implementing and supporting modern workplace tools, with a focus on Microsoft 365.
• Proven experience working directly with **international clients** across various time zones and cultures.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot or similar).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in **English – fluent spoken and written**.
• Experience in designing and conducting trainings, including preparation of supporting materials.
• Strong understanding of how to align technology with business needs and user experience.
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate, or Power Apps is a plus.
