The Microsoft Copilot 365 Expert will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven productivity strategies for our clients, leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot technologies to enhance business efficiency and digital workplace capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive Microsoft Copilot 365 implementation strategies for enterprise clients
• Conduct in-depth technological assessments and create customized AI integration roadmaps
• Design and deliver advanced training programs for client teams on Copilot utilization
• Create sophisticated AI-powered workflow solutions tailored to specific client needs
• Perform technical consulting and provide expert guidance on Copilot deployment
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and client-facing presentations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic technology solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in technology consulting, with a focus on Microsoft 365 technologies
• Proven expertise in AI technologies and Microsoft Copilot implementation
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client engagement capabilities
