Internal Communication Manager

The Internal Communications Manager will be a hands-on professional, shaping and supporting how we tell stories across Plarium Israel, empowering leaders and employees to communicate with clarity and purpose, highlighting the moments that matter, such as major company and game milestones, cultural highlights, and the people behind the work.

These objectives will be accomplished by executing and delivering communications plans for our Israel site and some of the Israel-based corporate functions, ensuring that vital information reaches employees via the most effective, appropriate, and engaging way.

In addition, the role includes building a structured and professional internal communications infrastructure, which will also support global collaboration and initiatives, as part of the broader development of internal communications across the company.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute the annual internal communications plan for Plarium’s Israel site.
Create innovative, engaging, and inspiring internal communications, in a variety of written and verbal formats (announcements, newsletters, e-mails, Intranet posts, Slack messages, videos, presentations, talking points, Q&As, and more).
Oversee and manage Plarium’s Israel internal communications channels (Slack, Intranet, e-mail campaigns app, all-hands meetings, newsletters, etc.), ensuring they’re appealing, effective, and aligned.
Collaborate with graphic designers, video creators, and other internal and external resources to create on-brand, appealing graphics and visual representations to accompany the content.
Build strong relations across Plarium, become a trusted partner of leaders and employees, understand their communication needs, and help them communicate effectively.
Proactively initiating discussions about tasks, obtaining additional information from stakeholders, discussing content with them, and processing their feedback
Editing as in not just fixing mistakes in the texts, but doing so in a way that directly addresses people requests and takes into account the experience of employees
Work on cross-company initiatives and projects, as per the directives of the Global Director of Employer Brand and Internal Communications.
Take part in defining, developing, implementing, managing, and evaluating internal communications activity, using data to drive impact.
What we expect

A dual English-Hebrew native speaker and writer – a must!

2+ years of experience as an internal communication manager in tech/gamedev companies.

A portfolio with examples of relevant work to submit with resuma

A writer and storyteller who can break down complex topics into clear, simple, and compelling messages.

Experience in content planning and proficiency in managing a range of internal channels and adapting messaging to fit each.

Excellent collaborator with proven ability to work effectively in a complex multi-cultural matrix with multiple stakeholders.

Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to drive consensus and achieve solution-driven results.

Experience in effectively working in a fast-paced environment, meeting timelines, and quickly adapting to changing circumstances.

A strong business acumen and judgment, with experience handling sensitive or confidential information.

Desired
Visual communication skills (presentation design, video scripting, light editing, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in communications or equivalent academic knowledge.
