The Role

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to define and drive the long-term product vision for our AI agent platform. You will operate at a strategic level — shaping the company’s product direction, identifying new platform opportunities, and ensuring our autonomous agents become mission-critical infrastructure for enterprise teams.

This is a company-level leadership role with broad scope and significant influence across product, engineering, go-to-market, and executive strategy.

What You Will Do

Define and own the long-term product vision and multi-year strategy for the AI agent platform
Identify and incubate new product lines and platform capabilities that expand market reach and defensibility
Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, research, security, and GTM leadership
Establish product principles for reliability, safety, enterprise readiness, and agent governance
Lead complex, multi-team initiatives involving orchestration layers, evaluation frameworks, and enterprise deployment models
Engage directly with enterprise customers to shape roadmap and strategic partnerships
Define product KPIs that tie agent performance to measurable business outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

8–12+ years of product management experience, with significant time in platform, AI, infrastructure, or data products
Proven track record of defining category-shaping or zero-to-one products
Strong systems thinking and ability to reason about complex, distributed, or AI-driven systems
Experience influencing executive stakeholders and shaping company-level strategy
Deep understanding of enterprise software dynamics, security expectations, and platform economics
Exceptional strategic thinking combined with strong execution instincts
Comfort operating in ambiguity and defining structure where none exists

Bonus Points

Experience building AI agent platforms, orchestration systems, or developer-facing infrastructure
Background in model evaluation, AI safety, or reliability frameworks
Experience scaling products from early-stage to significant revenue
Thought leadership in AI, automation, or enterprise transformation
Experience building and mentoring product teams in high-growth startups
