A leading global distributor of electronic components, specializing in RF, Wireless, IoT and Power Technologies, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Israel.

What you'll do:
– Support field sales engineers with day-to-day tasks and direct customer communication via phone and email
– Process orders, manage incoterms and coordinate with logistics on shipping methods
– Manage the open orders report and ensure shipments are on schedule
– Expedite deliveries and proactively notify customers of any changes
– Handle export documentation in coordination with the Trade Compliance team
– Organize and track customer samples
– Ensure timely handling of leads from the website and vendors
– Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system

What we're looking for:
– 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in electronic components distribution – required
– Fluency in English and Hebrew – required
– Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills – required
– Experience with Salesforce and/or Oracle – advantage
