PMO

We are looking for a PMO to support and drive multiple multidisciplinary projects in a complex technological environment. The role reports directly to the Head of the Business Unit and works in close collaboration with Project Managers, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Report directly to the Head of the Business Unit.

Work closely with Project Managers to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects in parallel.

Establish, manage, and control project work plans, including schedules, resource allocation, bottleneck identification, and task prioritization.

Manage and monitor project budgets.

Track action items, manage project risks, prepare status presentations, and generate ongoing reports.

Oversee supply chain processes from demand definition to delivery, in close coordination with Procurement to ensure timely fulfillment of project needs.

Maintain ongoing coordination and synchronization with Engineering, Configuration Management, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Finance, Logistics, and other relevant stakeholders.

Promote and continuously improve project management and organizational processes.

B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management (or equivalent).

At least 2 years of experience as a PMO in multidisciplinary technological projects within a company developing integrated hardware, software, and mechanical products.

Advantage for candidates with experience in the Defense, Aerospace, or Aviation industries.

Strong ability to work independently and lead process improvements.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Project and Excel.

High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English, including professional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, assertiveness, diligence, and a high sense of ownership and responsibility.
