We are looking for a Support Partner to join a dynamic support team working on an advanced, data-driven product in the sports analytics space.
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality support to clients, resolving technical issues, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

What you’ll do:
Provide client support via email, phone, and chat
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in collaboration with R&D and technical teams
Develop deep knowledge of the product and provide effective solutions
Create and maintain support documentation (FAQs, guides, etc.)
Collect and share customer feedback to support continuous improvement

Requirements:
Previous experience in customer support or helpdesk roles
Strong SQL skills - must
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
