Junior Account Manager

We are seeking highly motivated Junior Account Managers to help growing the activity and attacking new markets and business opportunities. The candidate will be in charge of looking for new clients and business partners all around the globe and of growing the business relationship with those. On top of good account management skills, this position requires some business development capabilities in order to build and grow a business portfolio.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize advertising campaigns for multiple clients
Create performance reports, analysis and forecasts
Build and develop successful business relationships at a strategic level with both advertisers and publishers
Understand partners’ needs and provide solutions, guidance, educational resources, and recommendations
Troubleshoot and assist on technical and operational issues
Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly performance goals
Keep up with industry trends and innovations to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

Fluent in English (oral & written)
A highly motivated, ambitious, result-driven and creative self-starter
Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to learn and adapt to new web-based platforms
Organized, methodical and with high attention to details
Great interpersonal and sales skills
Ability to multitask and handle various priorities
Team player with ‘Can-Do attitude’
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
BS/BA degree
