Product Manager for Internal Systems

Job Description

Join the Wix Internal Systems team, focused on creating a digitalized experience centered around our employees and the company's internal needs. We're dedicated to improving internal processes. In your day-to-day, you’ll:

Take full responsibility and ownership of the product, all the way from inception to production.
Conduct product research based on stakeholders' requests, data, competitor analysis, and any other areas that offer valuable insights
Work in a multidisciplinary team including developers, designers, writers, business analysts, and other stakeholders
Play an important role in building the product roadmap and strategy

Qualifications

3+ years experience building SaaS, web, or mobile products, working in collaboration with other PMs across multiple teams
You’re an independent learner with the ability to lead a project from start to finish
Great visual aptitude and analytical skills: Fluent in defining workflows, sketching wireframes, and analyzing user needs, intents, and business cases
Excellent teamwork and communication skills. You can explain your team’s and your ideas clearly and concisely in both Hebrew and English
You thrive at tackling complex challenges, valuing the delivery of top-notch solutions
Cross-organizational collaboration skills, working as part of the Internal Information Systems of a company, or familiarity with growth-related platforms - a big advantage
