FAB Operation/Maintenance Managing Engineer: Cleanroom/Equipment technical maintenance and processing

Description of responsibilities / main tasks:
For our operational FAB site we have an open position for a clean room & equipment operations & maintenance Engineer who will be responsible for the operations, infrastructure
maintenance, qualification, testing equipment, tools maintenance and processing.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the cleanroom (class 1000 & 10,000 ) facility management (qualification/maintenance/extensions) including peripheral utilities (ventilated AC/humidity, DI water, gas pressure board/pipelines control, MFCs , Gases supply etc… ), and Quality Management System.
• Responsible for the qualification, calibration and maintenance (preventive and corrective) of production and testing equipment according to established procedures, applicable guidelines and
regulations, including the supportive documentation.
• Primary contact within the company for external suppliers and you are supervising the outsourced
engineering, maintenance and qualification activities.
Your main responsibilities will be
• Write User Requirement Specifications, Follow up delivery, installation, training
• Define and write procedures for calibration, maintenance, technical support and follow up of validation, review of protocols, perform or support the performance of processing activities.
• Follow up maintenance/calibration/problem solving Clean rooms and Purified Water system , Back-up for the follow up of technical the larms.
• EHS – Environmental, Health & Safety procedures & regulations for the clean room.
Personal Skills:
• A professional master’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical degree (electrical, mechanical or related engineering) with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in HVAC/facility and/or equipment maintenance/qualification with a minimum of two (2) years of
experience in high vacuum systems/facility and/or equipment maintenance/qualification.
• Technically skilled, hands-on, problem solver and quality minded.
• Used to work according to established procedures.
• Background in control systems – an advantage
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ambitious, self-responsible, goal-oriented team player that is open for new challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
