טכנאי פסיליטיס אחראי על ביצוע פעולות אחזקה ותחזוקה מונעת בתחומים שונים, כגון: נגרות, מיזוג אויר, אינסטלציה, שטיחים ורצפות, צבע ועוד
מתן תמיכה יומיומית כדי להבטיח חווית שירות יוצאת דופן ללקוחותינו
עבודה בשיתוף פעולה עם כל צוות הפיסיליטיס כדי להבטיח שעבודות האחזקה והמנע כולן יושלמו בהקדם האפשרי
לספק מענה ראשוני ומקיף בתחומי הנגרות, מיזוג אויר, אינסטלציה, שטיחים ורצפות, צבע ועוד
ביצוע ביקורות איכות יומיות ותקופתיות על התחומים השונים, רישום ותיעוד, מעקב אחר ביצוע
עבודה מול קבלנים וספקים על בסיס קבוע, תוך ניהול סיכונים והצמדות להוראות ותקני הבטיחות
עבודה עם מערכות תיעוד משימות ממוחשבות
עבודה בראש גדול למען שיפור מתמיד של איכות ונהלי העבודה

דרישות:
ניסיון ישיר בתחזוקה ותפקיד טכני (מינימום שנתיים)
תעודה והכשרה טכנית
ניסיון בשימוש במערכות טכניות וטכנולוגיות
עמידה בלוחות זמנים והעבודה יעילה בשיתוף פעולה כחלק מצוות גדול הממוקד ומכוון במתן שירות מצויין
שירותיות
שאיפה למצוינות ושיתוף רעיונות לקידום התחום ועמיתך
יכולת הסתגלות ושינויים בהתאם למצבים משתנים מידי יום
השפה העסקית בעבודה הינה אנגלית, ידיעת אנגלית ועברית היא הכרחית
לעיתים רחוקות יהיה צורך בעבודה גם בסופי שבוע , הדבר יתואם מראש כחלק מסבב כללי בצוות
בסיס העבודה הינו של משרה מלאה 5 ימים בשבוע
