GigaSpaces is seeking a talented and experienced PMO to oversee and drive the successful execution of multiple projects within our organization.
The PMO will be Reporting to the CEO & Chairman and will oversee cross company projects, including R&D, Product, Marketing, CSM and Sales enablement activities.
The ideal candidate will have proven PMO experience, a strong background in project management methodologies, a track record of leading cross-functional teams, and the ability to ensure projects align with organizational goals and objectives.
This position is full time, hybrid, in our offices in Herzliya - for 9 months.

Responsibilities:
Program Oversight: Lead and manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives.
Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, timelines, and budgets. Execute projects within defined parameters and deadlines.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project status, milestones, and key updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with expectations.
Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and best practices within the PMO, optimizing project management methodologies for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation, balancing workload and priorities across multiple projects. Ensure appropriate staffing and skillsets for project success.
Requirements:
External consultant with ability to work full time for 9 months - preferred!
8+ years of proven experience as PMO, with a focus on leading complex programs/projects in a high-tech or related industry.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies Including Agile, JIRA – must
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated experience in risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align projects with business goals and adapt to changing priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline). Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
