A startup in Tel aviv, building an ML-driven platform, is growing, aiming to fully automate and self-manage network infrastructure. Small team of 20 people, strong engineers, real technical depth. The work is in Tel aviv (train line) 3-4 days in the office.

The roleHands-on Senior Backend Engineer to build core infrastructure, high-throughput, low-latency, distributed systems.You’ll design, build systems at scale. Own backend components end-to-end (design to production).Build scalable microservices in a distributed environmentWork mainly with Java (Spring), alongside Python (Node/Typescripts when needed)Solve real problems in performance, concurrency, and reliabilityTake part in architecture decisions and push technical standards
