We're seeking a Product Manager to join our team and contribute to the vision and execution of our data validation and standardization capabilities. This role provides an exciting opportunity to enhance how teams ensure data consistency and reliability across their workflows, significantly improving user trust and operational efficiency.

As a Product Manager in the Board team, you'll support efforts to streamline how teams create, validate, and maintain consistent data standards throughout their workflows. You'll focus on developing user-friendly features that simplify data governance, enhance compliance, and improve overall data quality for our users.

• Contribute to defining the product vision and roadmap for data validation and standardization across the monday.com platform.
• Engage with users to understand their challenges around data quality and governance, turning insights into valuable product features.
• Work collaboratively with design, engineering, and data teams to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions that ensure data consistency and reliability.
• Assist in cross-functional communication and alignment on product priorities, milestones, and updates.
• Continuously analyze user feedback and product analytics to enhance features and optimize user experiences around data validation.

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably focused on data-driven products or data governance.
• Proven ability to create intuitive solutions that simplify complex processes.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise products is a plus, especially in data-intensive environments.
• Proactive and adaptable, comfortable thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
