What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate travel arrangements for monday.com employees around the world — flights, hotels, transportation, and more.
• Work closely with our travel agents and additional partners and internal teams to make sure every trip runs smoothly.
• Support travelers before, during, and after their trips — solving issues quickly and with a smile.
• Keep track of bookings, approvals, and travel documentation.
• Help us continuously improve how we manage travel at monday.com.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in travel coordination or corporate travel – a big plus!
• Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• A team player with a service-first mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to join early or late calls — we’re a global company, and our travelers are everywhere.
