We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead complex, cross-department initiatives with a focus on deep AI innovation. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of monday Service, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and GTM teams to deliver products that drive adoption and significant revenue growth.

• Define and own the vision for AI-driven solutions and unique experiences that enhance operational efficiency and transform business processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ship innovative products that meet user needs and exceed market expectations.
• Utilize data, experimentation, and user insights to inform the product roadmap and prioritize impactful initiatives.

• 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in global B2B SaaS platforms.
• Proven track record of leading high-impact product areas from inception to launch, with demonstrable business results.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building products from the ground up.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and user insights to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of aligning teams and inspiring action across all levels of the organization.
• Experience in 0 to 1 or early stage startups is a significant advantage.
• Experience with AI technologies is a significant advantage.
• Experience in B2C and growth-centric approach is an advantage.
