In this key role, you will shape the group’s technical foundations and deliver impactful solutions that support growth initiatives across the organization.

As the R&D Group Tech Lead, you’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technology with business goals, creating solutions that delight users and accelerate growth.

• Mentor and empower tech leads, fostering professional growth and cultivating a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
• Build, alongside group leadership, a comprehensive technical roadmap that aligns with business objectives and product vision.
• Collaborate with the R&D technical leadership team to define development processes, shape product direction, and drive impactful growth initiatives.
• Evolve the platform’s architecture and engineering to handle increasing scale, complexity, and data needs, while maintaining exceptional user experiences.
• Leverage data-driven experimentation (e.g., A/B testing, personalization) to inform decision-making and optimize the platform for growth.

• Proven experience building large-scale, user-facing web products.
• Leadership experience as an architect or technical leader managing multi-team areas.
• Strong technical skills and a passion for crafting products that users love and rely on daily.
• A deep understanding of product and user needs, with a focus on delivering exceptional software experiences.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset and empathy for others.
