Through the marketplace, developers worldwide can build on top of monday.com, sell their apps, and grow their businesses. As Senior Product Manager, Marketplace Payments, your mission is to enable external developers to accept payments, receive payouts, and handle complex subscription models for their apps sold on monday.com.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the financial backbone of our growing marketplace ecosystem. You'll influence how value flows through our ecosystem at scale, tackling challenges at the intersection of payments, developer experience, and commerce while creating new revenue streams for both monday.com and our developer community.

• Define and drive the product strategy for marketplace payments, aligning it with broader business goals.
• Build and enhance the marketplace payment infrastructure to support developer earnings, payouts, balance management, and multi-currency transactions.
• Design and optimize subscription and pricing models for third-party apps, including handling renewals, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and revenue-sharing mechanics.
• Ensure accurate and compliant payouts by working closely with Finance and Legal teams to manage developer earnings, tax considerations, and regulatory requirements.
• Streamline and automate payment operations, reducing manual effort while improving scalability, reporting, and financial transparency.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the efficiency, accuracy, and developer adoption of marketplace payment solutions.

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in the SaaS industry or a related field.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of billing cycles, or payment operations, invoicing and subscription models is a strong plus.

• Bonus: Experience with marketplace ecosystems
