We’re looking for a forward-thinking HRIS AI & Automation Lead to drive AI innovation and smart tooling across the People organization. This role will lay the foundations for scale - using AI and automation to streamline processes, simplify communication, and unlock knowledge so our teams can move faster and deliver greater impact.

• Lead AI and automation initiatives across HR systems and tools to enhance efficiency, employee experience, and operational excellence.
• Shape and execute the AI roadmap for the People organization, embedding scalable, ethical, and compliant AI capabilities into existing systems.
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, and internal product teams to identify opportunities, build solutions, and drive adoption.
• Reimagine manual processes by introducing automation and AI assistants that improve speed and quality of work.
• Ensure seamless integration and optimization between HR platforms, data flows, and AI-powered tools.
• Champion change management, training, and enablement to ensure effective use of new technologies across the organization.

• Passionate about leveraging AI to simplify complexity and empower teams.
• Experienced in AI & automation (GenAI, NLP, Chatbot AI, Machine Learning tools, RPA or similar platforms).
• Experienced in HR technology (Success Factors, Ashby etc)
• Skilled in designing scalable systems and workflows that improve efficiency and user experience.
• Strong collaborator and communicator who can align technical solutions with organizational needs.
• Strategic yet hands-on, comfortable leading both vision and execution.
