We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to join the Growth organization - a high-impact, fast-paced group focused on helping users discover, adopt, and deeply engage with the platform.
This is a hands-on role, where you’ll own design for a core product team while also serving as a design leader and mentor across a wider group within Growth. You’ll elevate design quality, guide product strategy, and inspire other designers by setting a high bar for craft, clarity, and collaboration.
You’ll help shape experiences that reach millions of users, influence strategic decisions, and model what great design leadership looks like—every day.
About The Role:
As a Lead Product Designer in the Growth org, your mission is to uncover high-impact opportunities, craft intuitive solutions, and lead design efforts that support our users and our business. You’ll be part of a deeply collaborative environment, working closely with product, R&D, data, and marketing partners to drive results through exceptional design.
You’ll bring clarity to ambiguity, advocate for the user, and make design a powerful lever for growth—while motivating others to do the same.
What You’ll Do
- Lead high-impact product initiatives, defining requirements, setting priorities, and delivering experiences that drive activation, retention, monetization, and long-term engagement.
- Demonstrate exceptional design craft and attention to detail, setting a high bar across UI, interaction, and experience design—and introducing solutions that are both iconic and impactful.
- Use data and insights to inform decisions, working with analysts and researchers to validate ideas, run experiments, and iterate rapidly with confidence.
- Mentor and inspire other designers, offering actionable, high-quality feedback and elevating design standards across the org by modeling thoughtful, best-in-class design practices.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to shape product strategy, resolve conflicts, and keep teams aligned on what’s truly important.
- Build relationships across the organization, proactively staying informed and curious about what’s happening beyond your immediate team.
- Raise the bar on design and communication processes, helping refine how we work together and actively contributing to a strong, inclusive design culture.
- Spot and resolve communication breakdowns early, advocating for transparency, focus, and shared understanding to avoid misalignment and friction.
Requirements:
- You have 6+ years of product design experience, with a proven track record of leading strategic, cross-functional work that created clear business and user value.
- You’re a proactive designer who brings clarity to complexity and knows how to balance deep craft with business impact.
- You’re fluent in using qualitative and quantitative data to inform and validate your decisions, and you love working in experimentation-rich environments.
- You take ownership—from identifying the problem, to driving execution, to shipping high-quality experiences at scale.
- You’re a strong communicator who influences without ego and knows when to listen, when to lead, and when to escalate.
- You’re recognized by your peers as a design leader—someone who others seek out for guidance, inspiration, and collaboration.
- You take initiative to improve the team’s work, culture, and tools—not just your own.
