We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Strategic Finance team and partner closely with the R&D, Product, and Product Design organizations. This is a high-impact, global role based in Tel Aviv, where you'll work directly with senior leadership to help them understand the numbers behind their strategy—and use those numbers to drive better, faster decisions.

Your work will directly influence how we invest in innovation, scale product teams efficiently, and make decisions about long-term product growth. You’ll be the go-to finance partner for leaders driving our technology roadmap—ensuring alignment between headcount, budgets, and company-wide strategic priorities.

• Be a true business partner to senior leaders in R&D, Product, and Product Design—supporting decision-making with clear financial insight and structured recommendations.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking across all R&D functions globally.
• Build financial models that help answer strategic questions—from headcount growth to team restructuring, vendor investments, or long-term product cost analysis.
• Provide clear reporting and data narratives for monthly BvA reviews, OKR planning, and quarterly exec meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including People Ops, Talent Acquisition, and Procurement to ensure full alignment on workforce planning and vendor strategy.
• Support capital allocation and prioritize financial resources against product bets and innovation roadmaps.

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or business partnering—ideally in a tech or SaaS company.
• A strong track record of supporting R&D, Product, or Engineering organizations.
• Excellent modeling and forecasting skills with attention to detail and the ability to simplify complexity.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset—you anticipate needs and identify opportunities before they’re raised.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills—you can translate numbers into strategic insight for product and technical audiences.
• High comfort working in a global, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

Bonus Points If You

• Have experience supporting headcount-heavy teams (e.g., R&D, engineering, design) across multiple geographies.
• Have worked with product cost frameworks (e.g., R&D as % of revenue, efficiency metrics, ROI on innovation).

Understand the dynamics of multi-product organizations.
