monday.com is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager who will be leading the Products Expansion strategic domain, working closely with developers, designers, and various stakeholders within the organization to build a top-notch platform that enables builders to create best-in-class solutions on monday.com. This role demands someone who thinks like a platform architect but executes like a startup founder, with the user experience expertise to build products that people actually love using. • Establish a shared vision across the company for a product that involves multiple stakeholders, product teams and talented cross-functional team members (engineering, design, CX, customer success etc.)
• Combine qualitative and quantitative methods to take the product to the next level
• Drive focus and speed within your team to deliver impactful product experience that will enable builders to create best-in-class solutions on monday.com
• Collect and analyze a wide range of cross organizational inputs to make sure your team is always working on the most impactful things
• Motivate a group of some of the smartest, most committed, and fun people you've ever worked with

• You have at least 4+ years of experience as a product manager leading big initiatives and complex problems that span multiple teams - must
• You are passionate about taking enterprise-grade products and making them delightful, with strong platformic and systemic thinking abilities
• You possess natural ownership abilities and entrepreneurial qualities - you're self-driven and you feel comfortable motivating, leading, and making decisions without consensus
• You have strong communication skills and have the ability to explain the rationale of product decisions thoroughly
• You are analytical and experienced in working with qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product decisions
• You are experienced with open platforms that can be customized by external developers
• You are a fast learner, adaptive, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Previous experience with products that enable non-technical users to build complex business solutions – Advantage
