Marketing Project & Operations Manager

Our Marketing team is growing, and we’re looking for a Marketing Project & Operations Manager to join us! This role is at the heart of our department, responsible for managing the day-to-day operational needs of the marketing team, ensuring smooth workflows, effective cross-functional collaboration, and seamless execution of department-wide initiatives. This position combines project management and operations—requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional and department-wide projects, ensuring clarity on responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee and streamline day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring the team has the tools, resources, and processes needed for success.
• Work closely with marketing leadership and key stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution.
• Manage financial operations, including the department's budgets, procurement, welfare, and travel, in collaboration with FP&A.
• Plan and execute department meetings, offsites, team ceremonies, and internal events to drive engagement and alignment.
• Serve as the central point of contact for internal coordination and communications, ensuring teams stay connected and on track.
• Operational excellence: Initiate strategic and operational processes that enhance departmental collaboration and effectiveness

• 2+ years of experience in a Project Manager or Operations role, ideally within a tech revenue-oriented environment
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while balancing both strategic objectives and detailed execution.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset to drive solutions.
• A natural collaborator—comfortable working across teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Ability to work independently, self-learn, and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability—you take responsibility for making things happen.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
