FP&A Analyst

Description:

We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and proactive FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting senior finance business partners and work with the different departments. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their FP&A career who wants to work on meaningful, cross-functional projects that influence company decisions at scale.

You’ll help us build smart models, find insights in data, and continuously improve how we plan, forecast, and track performance. You’ll collaborate with teams across the business and work closely with senior finance leaders to help drive better decisions with data.

• Support senior FP&A business partners with data analysis, model building, and performance tracking
• Help build and maintain scalable forecasting tools and financial models
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and budget vs. actual (BvA) analyses
• Analyze business trends, surface key insights, and track KPIs across departments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (RevOps, HR, Product, etc.) to support company-wide planning and reporting
• Identify process gaps and work on automations and efficiencies in our finance stack

• +3 years of experience in FP&A, finance analytics, or similar roles (preferably in a tech/SaaS company)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills—you enjoy digging into data to find meaningful patterns
• Proactive and independent—you take initiative and don’t wait for permission to solve problems
• Curious and business-minded—you want to understand why numbers move, not just report them
• Collaborative and humble—you’re excited to learn from others and contribute as part of a team
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL knowledge and experience with financial planning tools (e.g. Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive) and BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau) is a big plus
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
