We are seeking a Software Engineer to drive the company’s growth using deep business understanding, technological tools and data insights to empower monday’s internal teams. You’ll join our Big Brain Team based in our headquarters, Tel Aviv, Israel.

In monday.com every decision we make is based on data. We measure everything: every visit, every click, every call, every mention, every failure and every success. We collect a lot of data, but fore platform that gives every monday employee all the data they need to do their job, it’s the one place to see all the data related to each customer; from marketing, to sales, to how they actually use the product.

• Work in a fast-paced environment with a small team of experienced (and super cool) developers
• Develop groundbreaking features all the way from UI to database
• Collaborate cross-departmentally with data scientists, the Marketing Team and Customer Success
• Our Stack- React.JS, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elastic Search, Redis, MySQL

• Strong technical skills and a passion for developing features end-to-end (client and server).
• 3+ years of experience building Full Stack applications
• Experience with big data.
• Experience building a web application from scratch.
• Team player with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathy.
• A quick learner and initiative-taker. 
• Degree in Computer Science (not a must; we're always looking for super talented people)
