Procurement Specialist

monday.com is looking for a buyer to join our procurement team!

As a Buyer, you will be part of the procurement team and work closely with Finance, Security & Legal teams. you will play an integral role in ensuring the company sticks to budgets and operates profitably.

We are looking for this special someone who thrives under pressure and should have high attention to details as well as demonstrate excellent organizational, exceptional multitasking, negotiation and teamwork skills.

• Global purchasing focal point: manage purchases end to end. From issue to delivery & payment.
• Reduce company costs & improve terms.
• Handling contracts & negotiations end to end – working with all the relevant stakeholders (Business owner, Legal, Finance, Security, etc.)
• Providing excellent service to the relevant departments.
• Work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

• At least 4 years’ experience in global indirect procurement role. 
• Experience in negotiations and complex contracts.
• Knowledge of large scale global / domestic purchasing methods and procedures.
• Working experience with ERP systems.
• Data analysis skills
• Good business instincts
• Knowledge of the Hi-Tech industry and market conditions.
• Excellent organizational skills. Ability to balance immediate/long term priorities.
• Exceptional multitasking skills are a necessity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent communication skills and service orientation.
