monday.com is looking for a Senior Workplace Specialist to join the Workplace team.
As a Senior Workplace Specialist, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations of office facilities, ensuring they meet company standards. You will collaborate with various teams to create a positive workplace experience and support our high-tech workforce's needs. This role will require a hands-on approach, as well as a deep understanding of facility management in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
About The Role:
- Facility Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of office spaces
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for regular maintenance. Ensure all contracts are adhered to and ensure quality control of services.
- Space Planning and Optimization: Assist with office layout planning, redesigning spaces to meet the needs of the company’s evolving workforce. Ensure the efficient use of office space.
- Experience: Act as the point of contact for employees and teams regarding any work place-related issues. Respond to requests for office supplies, swag, furniture, and equipment, as well as handling any operational concerns.
- Office Equipment & Supplies Management: Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper functioning. Coordinate the setup of new workstations and conference rooms.
- Support for Special Projects: Provide support for office expansions, special events, knowledge
- Sustainability Initiatives: Promote sustainability practices within the workplace, including waste reduction, energy conservation, and eco-friendly solutions for the office environment.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in workplace/facilities roles or similar positions, particularly in fast-paced environments-Experience with space planning or office design
- Prior experience managing facilities-related projects, including employee relocations, floor setups, and other similar initiatives.
- Demonstrated expertise in maintaining a functional, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing environment through facilities management, workplace service providers, and housekeeping teams.
