• Sphera: Our internally built developer portal that embodies monday.com’s engineering culture and DNA. It streamlines developer journeys, from service creation to deployment, making the entire process seamless and efficient.
• Dev Metrics & Velocity: Measuring and improving the engineering organization’s performance.
• Feature Flags & Configuration Management: Enabling safe code releases and risk reduction.
• AI-Powered Developer Tools: Revolutionizing workflows through innovation.
• Monorepo & CI/CD: Streamlining development and delivery pipelines.

As a Group Tech Lead, you will:

• Lead technical innovation across the DevTools Group and the broader engineering organization.
• Serve as a strategic partner and right-hand to the group lead, shaping the group's vision and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leaders, and stakeholders to drive initiatives that enhance developer velocity and satisfaction.
• Spearhead the integration of AI into our tools and workflows, revolutionizing how developers work.
• Define and implement metrics to measure developer productivity, uncover bottlenecks, and drive improvements.
• Contribute to key projects such as our internal developer portal (Sphera), monorepo solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and feature management tools.
• Advocate for best practices in software engineering, promoting innovation while balancing stability and quality.

• Technical Leadership: Proven experience driving technical direction, mentoring engineers, and leading cross-team initiatives.
• Engineering Excellence: Strong knowledge of modern development practices, including monorepo management, CI/CD, feature flags, and developer environments.
