monday.com is looking for an R&d Project Manager to join our team.

In this role you will be a key driving force in the execution of Engineering & Product initiatives and plans to meet our targets, while taking a significant part in running the operational side of the teams.

You will be leading cross-functional projects from idea to full execution. You will establish and maintain project scope, objectives, plans and milestones to achieve project goals, improve and maintain work processes related to the building of our product and enabling our fast rapid scale.

• Lead cross-functional, end-to-end initiatives from ideation to successful delivery and adoption.
• Develop, drive and improve operational processes and tools to enable scale.
• Plan, track, and manage execution timelines, scope changes and resource allocation.
• Define KPIs and build dashboards to promote data-driven decision making.
• Support agile practices and delivery processes across the R&D division.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Ensure consistent and transparent communication of plans, risks and progress to stakeholders.

• 2+ years of experience in program management or operations roles within a tech company.
• Proven track record of driving complex projects in cross-functional environments.
• Technical background or familiarity with software development lifecycle – an advantage.
• Experience working in a SaaS company or understanding of SaaS business models – a strong advantage.
• Experience working closely with R&D or engineering teams – a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in using data to guide decisions.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a can-do attitude.
• A “people person” with excellent communication skills, should be able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders to create strong collaboration.
• Team player, egoless with a proactive approach that thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English.
