Head of GTM Operations

At monday.com, we’re expanding our multi-product strategy and building a new GTM department to support and scale each of our product lines. As part of this exciting growth, we’re looking for a Head of GTM Operations to join the newly formed GTM department and play a central role in building the operational backbone that powers our product-led business units.

In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and CS to support go-to-market execution across multiple product teams. You’ll partner closely with the VP GTM and product leads to drive alignment, streamline operations, and lead strategic programs that accelerate our ability to bring new products and offerings to market.

• GTM Execution Support - Work hand-in-hand with product GTM leads to ensure readiness across launches, campaigns, enablement, and customer-facing activities.
• Operational Infrastructure - Build and optimize the processes, tools, and cadences that enable scale across multiple product lines.
• Cross-Team Collaboration - Act as a key partner to leadership across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Services to ensure consistent and aligned execution across the org.
• Insights & Reporting - Develop reporting mechanisms to track GTM performance, identify gaps, and propose actions for improvement.
• Support Leadership with Strategic Planning - Help drive clarity and execution against strategic goals by translating high-level objectives into operational plans.

• 7+ years of experience in GTM/business strategy, operations, program management, or similar roles in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Experience working in a multi-product environment or supporting different product/segment lines – a strong advantage.
• A natural operator – highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Confident working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• You thrive on turning ambiguity into structure and ideas into execution.
• Fluent in data and comfortable building dashboards, reporting, and extracting insights to guide decision-making.
• Experience with monday.com or similar platforms – a plus.
