• Work with a team of experienced and highly talented developers in an environment with cutting-edge technologies.
• Spearheaded the development of new features and functionalities from ideation to implementation, taking ownership of the entire development lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and maintain features for multiple products within the monday.com ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to integrate and extend platform capabilities as needed.
• Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap of our products, driving initiatives to improve code quality, performance, and scalability.
• Promote a culture of innovation and ongoing growth, inspiring the team to explore new ideas and think creatively.
• Continuously monitor and analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Our Stack - React.JS, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elastic Search, Redis, MySQL We encourage our teams to stay updated on industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our product.About the Role

• 3+ years of proven experience
• Experience building web applications from scratch in a production environment
• Passion for both client-side and server-side development
• A "growth mindset," including strong analytical, inquisitive, and data-driven experiences.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and people from different departments to brainstorm, set targets, and devise solutions.
• Problem solver: Has the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.
• Impact-driven, user and business oriented.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and mindset of “get things done”.
• Degree in Computer Science (not a must; we're always looking for super talented people)
