XTEND is seeking a Supply Expeditor to support purchasing operations by tracking purchase orders and maintaining communication with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery. You will work closely with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams to monitor order status and address potential delays. The role involves hands-on work with ERP systems, mainly Priority, to maintain accurate and efficient supply processes.
Responsibilities
Track purchase orders from issuance to delivery
Maintain communication with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and updates
Update and manage order data in the Priority ERP system
Coordinate deliveries with logistics and warehouse teams
Identify and help resolve supply delays or discrepancies
Requirements:

Good Excel skills and strong attention to detail
Good English for communication with suppliers
