This challenging position involves working as part of a multi-discipline, highly interactive and coordinated team focused on projects including semiconductor manufacturing, data center facilities, and other state of the art manufacturing facilities.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills. They will exhibit a passion and desire to apply their professional experience and knowledge in a team environment on technically challenging and professionally rewarding projects.

Our Process/Chemical Engineers:

• Organize, assign, and delegate necessary engineering and design tasks to produce construction documents in conjunction with a team of engineers and designers.
• Coordinate and collaborate real time with other disciplines to develop designs.
• Depending on the task scale, will lead or work within a team, or work as an individual designer.
• Take responsible charge of the process design, including technical accuracy, completeness, and quality of construction documents.
• Analyze and design complex Chemical, Gas, Waste and UPW systems, Manage Process Design Development through standard process design documentation including PFD’s and P&IDs.
• Exercise judgment in developing plans or alternatives and work with teams to assure quality plans.
• Perform field activities such as observation of construction activities.
• Review construction submittals for conformance with the intent of contract and design documents.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 6 years’ industrial design experience
• Excellent English; written and spoken
• Familiar with carrying out HAZOP studies, risk assessments, and safety reviews
• Familiar with Hazardous Area Classification Assessments under ATEX or NFPA rules.

Preferred requirements:

• Extensive experience in design of semiconductor/electronics systems or other advanced chemical process manufacturing facilities
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Professional Engineer (PE) status, or working towards chartership/professional recognition
