A leading global company in the field of smart mobility and fleet management is seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Systems Analyst to take full ownership of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
This is a high-impact role combining business and technical leadership, including process analysis, hands-on implementation, and cross-organizational collaboration. You’ll be a key player in shaping and optimizing CRM workflows that support mission-critical operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Analyze complex business processes and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Lead the hands-on configuration and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM – including system settings, workflows, customizations, and user support
• Own end-to-end responsibility for the CRM lifecycle – from design to deployment and ongoing improvements
• Collaborate closely with IT, management, and business stakeholders in a tight-knit, professional team.
Location: Rosh HaAyin (Hybrid model – at least 3 days per week in-office)
