Senior Full-stack Developer

We are recruiting a Senior Full Stack Developer for a fast-growing technology company operating at scale, delivering complex B2B solutions in a high-traffic, data-driven environment.

This is a hands-on senior role with real ownership. You will be involved end to end - from system design and architecture to development, optimization, and deployment of production-grade features used by a very large user base.

The role offers a combination of technical depth, impact, and close collaboration with product and engineering teams, within a modern and dynamic tech organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable full stack applications supporting large-scale usage
- Take ownership of core features, from concept through production and ongoing optimization
- Work with distributed systems and microservice-based architectures
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability across the system
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering stakeholders
- Participate in architectural decisions and technical leadership within the team

- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a strong backend focus
- Proven experience with Node.js in production environments
- Solid experience working with microservices and distributed systems
- Strong background in cloud environments, preferably AWS
- Experience with containers and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and messaging systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and a product-oriented mindset
- Ability to take ownership and work independently in a fast-paced environment
