Information Systems Implementer

A well-established and successful company in the automotive industry is looking for an Information Systems Implementer to join its internal Information Systems team.
This is a key in-house role that combines business process understanding with hands-on application support, implementation, and troubleshooting across multiple internal systems.
The position is ideal for someone with experience in ERP environments who enjoys solving complex problems, working closely with users, and improving business processes across the organization.

What you will do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal system-related requests and issues.
Handle part of the tickets independently, including troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues end-to-end.
Work extensively with MS-SQL for data validation, analysis, reporting, and interface troubleshooting.
Ensure business processes are correctly implemented and maintained across the ERP and complementary systems.
Collaborate with multiple departments to understand operational workflows and optimize system usage.
Manage and maintain reports, data accuracy, integrations, and system configurations.
Provide user guidance and training when needed (approximately 30 percent of the role).
Participate in ongoing system enhancements, testing, and improvement initiatives within the IS team.

This is a Full-time, Hybrid position based in Rishon LeZion (Sorek Industrial Zone).
Dynamic and digital work environment involving multiple business interfaces and internal systems.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in information systems implementation or advanced application support – mandatory.
- Proven experience working with ERP systems (SAP / Priority / Oracle / NetSuite, etc.) – mandatory. (Internal, home-grown systems are not considered ERP experience).
- Solid knowledge of MS-SQL – mandatory (not just basic SQL).
- Familiarity with tools such as SSIS, SSRS, Crystal Reports, SQL Server, DTW – advantage.
- Experience with SAP Business One – strong advantage.
- Analytical thinking, process orientation, and strong self-learning ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent, proactive, and capable of managing tasks end-to-end.
