Vice President Finance

Tranzila Finance is a new credit clearing company operating under an official clearing license and providing clearing services and additional financial services. The company operates in a complex and dynamic financial environment.

The company is currently in a significant growth phase, employs approximately 20 people, and offers a rare opportunity to join the management team at an early stage and become a true partner in building and expanding the company’s activities.

We are looking for a VP Finance / Finance Director (CFO Track) to join the company’s management team and work closely with the CEO.
This is a broad and strategic role combining full responsibility for the finance function with deep involvement in the company’s business activities. The role is intended for someone with a broad business perspective, high energy, and the ability to take business ideas and turn them into initiatives and processes in practice.

Responsibilities:

- Full responsibility for managing the company’s financial activities - financial statements, budgeting, cash flow management, control and reporting.
- Building and leading the company’s financial strategy.
- Acting as a business partner to the CEO in strategic decision-making and in evaluating business models and growth opportunities.
- Working with regulators and ensuring compliance with financial regulatory requirements.
- Managing relationships with banks, financing bodies, investors and external advisors.
- Establishing financial processes, policies and control procedures.
Involvement in developing new credit and financing activities within the company.
- Leading organizational support functions such as payroll, organizational processes and employee recruitment.
- Building and leading the future finance and analytics team.

The company’s offices are located in Kfar Netter, in the Sharon area of Israel.

- Approximately 7+ years of experience in finance roles.
- Management experience.
- Significant hands-on financial management experience.
- Experience or understanding of credit, financing, payment clearing or similar financial activities.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong business thinking and the ability to translate ideas into operational execution.
- Experience working with financial regulation - an advantage.
- CPA / Economics / Business Administration.
- Legal background - an advantage.
