Fullstack Team Leader

The opportunity

Our mission is to be the #1 game discovery app in the work,

In order to achieve this goal, we are looking for an experienced Fullstack team leader, leading a team of 4 developers.

You will will take a centric part on the team, supporting the developers on the tech side, while working with the product and business teams.

What you'll be doing

Lead the team day to day development challenges
Work closely with the product team to ensure working on the most important tasks and meet the timeline of the project.
Hands-on backend and mobile tasks, providing a b2c mobile application and a backend.
Ensure the team is on track, Estimate the work needed, leading the tech efforts, motivate the team and provide support to other developers.

What we're looking for

full stack development experience - Javascript + Typescript experience is a must
Team player + leader - our team is the most important part of the project, you will be a part but expected to lead and support the team.
AWS experience - our services are based on AWS services - ECS, SQS, SNS and many other AWS technologies will be a big part of the architecture of the system.
React native - the main product is using React native, mobile application based on web technologies
Entrepreneur spirit - we are a very small team, each member who joins is taking a huge part of our success, a can do spirit is a must.

You might also have

Java / Objective C / Swift mobile development experience
Infrastructure as code - working with terraform in oder to automate our infrastructure release.
Ownership - achieving success can only happen if we are all aligned to the same goal, ownership and accountability is basic requirement of our team members.
