Development Operations Project Lead

We’re looking for a Development Operations Project Lead to work closely with our GM and play a vital role in overseeing the software development process. This person will be an operational linchpin, ensuring smooth synchronization of all development phases, from initial planning through execution and final delivery. This role requires a blend of operational experience, technical know-how, and exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight: Support the GM in overseeing the software development lifecycle, from planning and scoping to execution and release.
Process Management: Ensure alignment across all stages of the development process, coordinating teams and resources for optimal efficiency.
Team Synchronization: Act as a bridge between developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to maintain transparency and efficient communication.
Operational Execution: Develop, implement, and refine operational procedures that support the development team in meeting project milestones and goals.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and address process bottlenecks, making data-driven recommendations for enhancing productivity and quality.

Experience in Operations: Proven experience in an operations role within a software development environment.
Technical Orientation: A solid understanding of the software development process and relevant technical principles.
Analytical & Mathematical Skills: Strong analytical thinking with a mathematical foundation for tackling complex operational challenges.
Project Management: Experience in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Language Skills: Fluent English is required; Russian is a significant advantage.
Soft Skills: Highly organized, quick-thinking, sharp, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Demonstrated ability to work well with people across functions and backgrounds.
