Position: Junior DevOps Engineer

Location: Hybrid, Hod Hasharon

We are looking for a self-driven, hands-on junior DevOps Engineer, with a technical background, and passion to learn and impact the entire CI\CD processes of our company. You will be part of a successful DevOps team that shapes the CI\CD process and provides technical guidance to the teams. As part of this team, you will work with cutting edge technologies such as IaC tools and processes, AWS, K8S, Jenkins, Helm, Docker, ArgoCD and more. You will have real influence on how things are done, including expanding and building infrastructure and processes from scratch.

What you will do:
Keep the company CI\CD pipeline operational.
Work closely with the development teams, operations, monitoring, and additional stakeholders and guide the teams to improve processes, design processes and implementation.
Maintain, improve, and scale the lab and production sites for high volumes (users and activities).
Use state-of-the-art tools that will allow us to easily control, monitor, and fully automate our customers and our own infrastructures.
Become an experienced DevOps engineer by deeply understanding the product technical solutions and mastering DevOps tools and CI\CD.
What makes you an ideal candidate:
Graduate or Student (final year) in B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent \ IDF technological unit equivalent \ DevOps boot camp graduate.
Self-learner. Ability to learn and apply new technologies.
Programming skills in Groovy \ Python \ OO languages.
Experience with OS configurations, networking and management (Windows and Linux).
Take part in the on-call after-hours support rotation (including weekends from time to time).
Familiarity with Cloud infrastructure - specifically AWS services such as EC2, S3 and more.
Passionate, Team player, Quality Driven with excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

Great Advantage:

Knowledge of CI tools & technologies (Docker, K8S).
Familiarity with CI\CD process and DevOps frameworks and tools such as Jenkins and Ansible.
Experience with automation and monitoring frameworks (such as Maven, Grafana)
Experience with VM infrastructure.
Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible and PaaS tools such as Terraform – Advantage.
