We are looking for
In this role, you will lead complex, end-to-end setup and transfer projects of electronic manufacturing facilities across global locations, playing a key part in shaping Elbit Systems' global production footprint. If you thrive on turning strategic plans into operational reality, bridging between cultures and geographies, and building manufacturing capabilities from the ground up - this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
In this role you will
Lead full project lifecycle using structured Gantt plans, milestones, and risk management
Manage global factory setup and transfer projects (Greenfield and Brownfield)
Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, operations, quality, IT, and supply chain
Develop and execute structured knowledge transfer plans between sites and from HQ
Ensure full documentation including SOPs, Work Instructions, Process Flows, and Control Plans
Conduct training programs, readiness assessments, and build skill matrices and certification programs
Manage relocation and procurement of SMT, THT, and test equipment
Plan headcount ramp-up strategy aligned with production phases and milestones
Lead ERP (SAP/Oracle) deployment and MES integration
5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing
Proven experience in factory setup or transfer projects
Strong knowledge in SMT, NPI, and project management methodologies
ERP implementation knowledge - advantage
Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
Excellent communication skills in English
