 We are seeking a talented and passionate AI & Software Engineer to join our innovative Enterprise GenAI Group, developing and delivering next generation AI capabilities that drive our organization’s transformation into an AI & data driven enterprise
In this key role, you will take part in designing and building the organization’s enterprise AI platform, while leading the development of cross organizational AI solutions that enhance productivity, insights, and decision making across all business/engineering domains
You will collaborate closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and product stakeholders to turn innovative ideas into impactful, production grade systems that enable companywide adoption of AI
We are looking for someone who is not only an excellent engineer, but also a team player with outstanding communication and collaboration skills - someone who can effectively engage with multiple interfaces, coordinate work plans and timelines, and help lead the team and the organization through its AI transformation journey
 
 
Responsibilities
AI Enterprise Platform Engineering
Design, develop, and maintain the Enterprise AI Platform, enabling scalable, secure, and efficient AI solution democratization across the company
Build foundational frameworks, services, agents, orchestration pipelines and integration layers supporting rapid AI adoption and usage
Cross Solution Development
Develop and integrate GenAI solutions and services that address diverse organizational needs
Lead end to end projects - from requirement, development, and production deployment
Collaboration & Deliver
Coordinate team plans, priorities, and delivery timelines - ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with stakeholders
Promote engineering excellence through clear communication, documentation, and a culture of ownership and accountability
Innovation & Continuous Learnin
Continuously explore and learn emerging GenAI capabilities. Share knowledge and best practices within the team and across the organization  
 
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field — must
3+ years of experience building production grade systems — must
Strong Python skills and experience in Linux environments — must
Proficiency with cloud (Azure) and familiarity with on prem deployments — must
Proven technical leadership/lead engineer experience (planning, milestones, delivery) — must
Hands on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, AI agents & multi agent systems, RAG, MCP, agent orchestration) — must
Excellent collaboration, problem solving, and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams and organizational interfaces
