From artillery command and control (C2) platforms to real‑time decision systems and advanced data applications, we integrate multidisciplinary solutions that drive operational superiority on the battlefield.This is a unique opportunity to design and lead complex multidisciplinary systems combining software, algorithms, hardware, and operational logic, in a role that directly shapes the next generation of artillery C2 systems.   In This Role You Will Define and specify system requirements for artillery applications and C2 interfacesManage the design and development process, coordinating between software, algorithm, and QA teamsTranslate operational and user needs into clear technical and functional specificationsPrepare technical documentation, operational scenarios, and flow diagrams for development and integration teamsSupport integration and verification processes, including engineering assistance during ATP, SAT, and FAT testsPerform design and verification reviews to ensure alignment with requirements and operational scenariosCollaborate cross‑functionally with project managers, product managers, and system engineersMaintain the system roadmap and lead versions, updates, and future enhancements   Requirements B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Systems Engineering — advantageFormer Artillery Corps officer, preferably Battery Deputy CommanderStrong understanding of artillery systems, fire‑control processes, and ballistic computationAt least 3 years of experience in product or system management in defense or C2/C4I domains — advantageExcellent analytical abilities, risk assessment, and prioritization skillsFluent in Hebrew and EnglishFamiliarity with requirements management tools such as JIRA and DOORS — advantageHigh‑level systemic view with strong coordination across multiple interfaces  Only relevant applications will be answered
