Full-Stack Development Team Lead

תאור משרה We are looking for   For the company site in Ramat Gan, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Full-Stack Development Team Lead  with a strong hands-on mindset to lead a development team building complex, data-intensive systems powered by AI engines. This position combines technical leadership with active development, architectural decision-making, and close collaboration with data, product, and DevOps teams. Working in a defense technology company means contributing to advanced systems that make a real impact, where innovation, excellence, and purpose come together in every line of code.    In this role   You will lead and mentor a Full-Stack development team, perform code reviews, and plan development tasks You will remain highly hands-on in both backend and frontend development You will design and lead architectural decisions for AI-driven systems and data pipelines You will develop and integrate scalable, high-performance services while working with search, data processing, and analytics engines You will build and maintain event-driven and streaming-based systems You will collaborate closely with Product, Data, AI, and DevOps teams to ensure high code quality, performance, scalability, and stability     Requirements   At least 3 years of experience leading a development team Proven experience as a hands-on software engineer in complex systems Practical experience working with AI tools and AI-powered systems, including integration and deployment of AI engines as part of production workflows Strong backend development experience with Java and/or Python Frontend development experience with React Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch Experience with Kafka Solid understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures Experience working with AI/ML engines or platforms — Advantage Background in big data or large-scale data processing systems — Advantage Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based environments — Advantage Experience with Apache Flink or other stream-processing engines — Advantage Experience building real-time or analytical systems — Advantage
