תאור משרה We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical and Electronics Engineer to join our Power Supply Development Team in Haifa, specializing in AC/DC and DC/DC converters Our team develops advanced, power supplies solutions for airborne platforms, ensuring full compliance with stringent military standards and environmental conditionsThe role involves close collaboration with System Engineering, Mechanical Design, Environmental Testing, and Reliability Engineering teams   Key Responsibilities End‑to‑end design and development of AC/DC and DC/DC power supplies Definition and writing of technical specifications and design documents Performing simulations, accuracy analyses, and electrical stress analyses Defining, planning, and characterizing test procedures for power supplies Hardware debugging, failure analysis, and interpretation of test results Working effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams   Requirements B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Minimum of 5 years of relevant development experience Proven experience in designing AC/DC and DC/DC power supplies for military or aerospace applications Hands‑on experience with SPICE‑based simulations and analytical tools Familiarity with applicable standards such as MIL‑STD‑704, DO‑160, MIL‑STD‑461 — advantage Strong collaboration skills with peers and other teams Structured development methodology and engineering approach Experience writing technical documentation and specifications
