Elbit Systems is an international high‑technology company engaged in a wide range of programs worldwide, primarily in the defense and homeland security sectorsWe develop and supply a broad portfolio of airborne, land and naval systems and products for defense, homeland security, and commercial applications   We are looking for a Strategic Procurement Contracts Manager to join our Strategic Procurement Department The position is located in Rehovot The role includes leading complex procurement and contractual processes, managing strategic suppliers, conducting high‑volume commercial negotiations, and collaborating with senior stakeholders across the organization. The job also includes occasional international travel     Responsibilities   Lead end‑to‑end procurement processes for complex, high‑value contractsConduct commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers, including handling complex agreementsManage strategic suppliers and drive long‑term supplier relationshipsCoordinate and collaborate with senior managers, corporate headquarters, and multiple functions across the companyIssue purchase orders and monitor supplier performanceLead contractual discussions and review legal/contractual documents (T&C’s, SOW, and related materials)Work in a multi‑interface matrix environment     Requirements   Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Law — mustMBA — an advantageLegal background or degree in Law — advantageAt least 5 years of experience in strategic procurementHands‑on experience in commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliersExperience working with ERP systems — advantageStrong command of Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExperience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial and legal agreements — advantageExperience in supplier management — advantageHigh interpersonal skills, service orientation, and ability to work both independently and as part of a teamAbility to work across matrix organizations and multiple stakeholdersHigh level of EnglishWillingness to travel abroad
